Facilities FAQ
Are there toilet and shower blocks on site?
Yes, we have toilet and shower blocks on site for guests to use throughout their stay. We also have a fully accessible wet room featuring a shower, toilet, and washbasin, suitable for guests with mobility needs.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, laundry facilities are available on site for guests. A coin operated washing machine, tumble dryer and iron can be found in the laundry room by the green shower block.
Where can I wash dishes and clothes?
Please use the dishwashing room for washing up and the laundry for clothes. Dishes and clothing must not be washed in the washbasins in the toilet block.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. We're pleased to offer good coverage across the whole site, so you can stay connected wherever you're pitched.
Do you have a games room?
Yes, we have a games barn with a pool table, table tennis, table football and skittles — all free to use for guests.
Where can I dispose of rubbish and recycling?
Bins and recycling facilities are located near reception. Please sort your waste and make use of the recycling provision, every little helps out here in the Welsh countryside!
Is there a shop on site?
No, but there is a community shop approximately 1 mile away in Bethel, open Monday to Saturday 10am–4pm. The nearest larger supermarkets are a short drive away in Caernarfon.
