Eryri (Snowdonia) Awaits

Rhyd y Galen park and campsite is the perfect base for enjoying the natural beauty of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and exploring the surrounding areas of Caernarfon and into North Wales.

Nestled in the cabin-style interior is a double bed that sleeps two people, and on the exterior is a decking area complete with a fire pit and bbq for nights spent gazing at the stars. Towels are also provided to save you packing space in your vehicle.

With outdoor activities, sites of historical interest, local attractions and the North Wales coastline a short drive away, there are plenty of adventures waiting across Snowdon, Snowdonia, Caernarfon and North Wales.

Within walking distance or a short drive are local amenities including a post office, petrol station, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, shops and markets. Bethel is less than a mile away while the town of Caernarfon is just two miles away.
Other local towns include Y Felinheli and Llanrug (3 miles), Bangor (6 miles), Llanberis (6.5 miles), Betws y Coed (23 miles) and Llandudno (25 miles).
